- About the product : Idli rice is used extensively to make Idlis. Idly rice is the Parboiled rice that has been partially boiled with the husk. The three basic steps of parboiling are soaking, steaming and drying makes rice boost its nutritional value and change its texture.

- How to cook : The finely grained idly rice with urad dal batter will be used in a specially designed idly pot by adding water in it’s base to let it boil to create steam to cook the idli batter which is in the idly plate by closing the pot with it’s cap. After 5-10 minutes when we open the cap we can get a finely cooked idlis.
