Ingredients
Gol Gappa Pellets: Wheat Flour, (Gluten), Salt
Spicy Dip Masala: Rock Salt, Dry Mango Powder, Cumin Seed, Black Salt, Asafoetida, Black Pepper, Mint Leaves,cardamom, Clove.

Preparation:
Gol Gappa Fry Pellets: Add 1 litre of cooking oil to a deep pan and heat. Once oil becomes very hot, add the gol gappa pellets. Each pellet should expand and plump to form gol gappas. Remove each plumped up gol gappa from the oil and place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil and allow to cool.
Spicy Mix Masala: Mix the spice mix with 600ml of cold water and refrigerate to chill further.
